Getting it to you
Shipping & Delivery
Small batches. Light packaging. A box so light it almost feels like cheating — because you're not paying to ship water.
How much is shipping?
Free US shipping over $40. Because our concentrate ships small and light — one bottle makes up to 100 refills — the box stays small.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are packed in small batches and ship within 1–2 business days. Most U.S. addresses receive their order in 2–5 business days after it ships. You will get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves us.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. We are expanding — join our list and you will be the first to know when we reach your country.
How is it packaged?
Light packaging. The concentrate format is the whole point: less water shipped means less weight in the box than pre-mixed sprays.
