What is your return policy?
We back every order with a 30-day Clean-With-Love Guarantee. If you are not genuinely happier with your home, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund — no interrogation, no restocking fee.
Do I have to ship the product back?
Usually not. For most issues we resolve it without asking you to box anything up. If a return is needed for a damaged or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping.
How do I start a return or get a refund?
Email [email protected] with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. A real person — not a ticket bot — replies within one business day and sorts it.
When will I see my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we ship a free replacement immediately. You should never pay for a bottle that arrived broken.
