How Returns Work:

  • Return Window:

    • VIP Customers: Enjoy an extended 60-day return window from the date of receiving your order.

    • Regular Customers: You have 45 days to return your items.

  • Refund Process:
    Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Return Shipping:
    Return shipping is on us! Once you request a return, the system will automatically create a shipping label.  Simply attach it to your box and you're good to go :) 

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your item is damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll make it right with either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
